Rick Westervelt-Seasoned Business Strategist-Hired to Accelerate Email Service Provider's Rapid Growth Path

AUSTIN, Texas - October 13, 2004 - Today, SKYLIST, a leader of deliverability best practices and #2 ranked self-service email service provider, announced the appointment of Rick Westervelt as president in the newly created office. In this position, Rick will be charged with overseeing day-to-day operations and providing strategic business direction taking SKYLIST to the next level. In related news, the company also announced it has hired new sales staff and developers to support the rapid customer adoption of the SKYLIST StormPost™ email marketing automation system.

Showcasing a diverse career spanning 25 years, Mr. Westervelt joins SKYLIST after completing a successful turn-around attempt at his previous engagement at JPS Corporation, a Dallas-based manufacturing company. Prior to that, he was instrumental in growing Hand Technologies, a full-service computer and web services company, from 15 to 120 employees in 3 years.
