Automated Multi-Touch Campaign Option
Serialized Campaigns can send your customers automated multi-touch campaigns based on time or behavior. Here's an example:
Message #1: New customer registers for site. System immediately sends "Welcome to our list" greeting and request for subscription confirmation.
Message #2: Based on new customer subscription confirmation, System immediately sends "Thank you for your confirmation. Here are a few tips for you" email.

Customizable Additional Demographic Fields

Linux Compatibility
StormPost is compatible with almost any flavor of Linux due to its Java codebase
and elegant design. StormPost has been tested primarily on RedHat Linux with
Mysql, Apache, and Tomcat.
Multiple Administration
Multiple "Roles" allow each user to have customized access permissions appropriate to their responsibilities. Server Administrators easily work "behind the scenes" while campaign managers and customer service representatives each play their respective roles.
Multi-Format Campaign Creations & Auto-Detection
The StormPost campaign creation wizard enables users to easily input their content with different styles for text, HTML, or AOL users. Once a recipient opens an email sent from StormPost, the system is able to detect which version the recipient can receive.
Multiple List Management

Operating System Independent

Personalization
StormPost allows users to personalize every element of an email campaign with "mail merge" style tags to insert the recipient's Name, City, Zip Code, or other custom demographic fields. This can be used anywhere in the message including the To:, From:, Subject, Body, and Unsubscribe Footer.

paste your UnsubCentral "Key" into StormPost and all the list cleaning

Reliable and intuitive unsubscribe management was a critical design factor in
the StormPost architecture. Whether initiated from a web page or an unsubscribe
link in an email message, automated unsubscribe requests are immediately processed.
